The CMRR rehabilitates ROW at Coldbrook and Kingston

The Catskill Mountain Railroad has submitted preliminary plans to the Ulster County Transportation Planning Board for the CMRR Union Depot in Kingston. The track crews have been quite busy this year replacing hundreds of cross ties east of a temporary Block Station X to Coldbrook, and shortly from the Cornell Street Yard to Milepost K4.

In preparation for the Christmas Season the CMRR crews have been hard at work painting and restoring the RS-1, CMRR Engine 401 and the N5B Conrail Caboose and clearing the mile of track to MP K4.
